I love this question!!!! 🙂
I certainly drink a lot of coffee… probably 4-5 cups a day! Some people do need to worry about caffeine intake, for example people who get anxious or who have irregular heartbeats.
For myself, however, I love drinking coffee for its health BENEFITS! Coffee has been shown to reduce rates of depression in women (http://www.npr.org/blogs/thesalt/2011/09/27/140837983/caffeinated-women-may-be-fighting-depression-with-every-cup), and coffee has been shwon to fight Alzheimer’s disease! (http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2011/06/110621093301.htm).
Coffee has many benefits for health, including a high content of flavanols (plant compounds) and anti-oxidants! As long as I am getting enough sleep, coffee helps my health and my mind to stay sharp on the job. 🙂
But that is a good concern!
does your work require a lot of devotion?
Do you get annoyed by people in your work?
Where did you work when you were working on rides?
Are people unfair to you because you are a woman?
Do you like working for a company or would you like to work for yourself?
